Her Incredible Mind is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to the career advancement of young women with a focus on science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STEAM). Our goal is to empower, support, inspire girls to pursue their career dreams by building connections through events, mentorship, and immersion programs.
In an effort to educate and prepare girls how to navigate gender, economic, and social barriers; we have invited some of the smartest, passionate, and most authentic women to tell their stories. We invite you to visit our YouTube channel and meet these incredible trailblazers. Hopefully, their stories will inspire you or someone you know to pursue a career in STEAM.

Women in STEM
Out of all female doctorate graduates in the fields of science and engineering, 86% are white or Asian.
Fewer than 4% are Latinas, and less than 3% are black.
The same can be observed in the job market as well. Only 1 out of 20 employed scientists and engineers are black or Latina women.
